As a musician, life is busy and it can be hard to find time to cook healthy meals every day. As a vegetarian, who is allergic to cows’ milk, this makes things more difficult. However, because of this, a lot of my recipes are accidentally vegan.

The most important thing I’ve found to make recipes exciting is good seasoning and plenty of herbs and spices, check out my Flavour Boosters for ideas. I like to cook creatively, using whatever is left over in the fridge to give it new life before it goes in the bin! Please adapt any of my recipes to suit you and let me know so I can try it out too!

While I aim to cook healthily (most of the time!), my main goal is to get the most out of my ingredients and play around with different combinations to see what works well together. I’ve found that this has helped me to have a healthier relationship with food and have more fun in the kitchen.
